Gary Vaughan : 920.427.5077 Gary’s experience spans many areas, including: retail, petroleum, manufacturing and academics. Prior to launching Guident Business Solutions, LLC, Gary worked professionally in economic development at the regional level. He was also a managing partner in a manufacturing firm for eight years, where he was responsible for admin-istration, human resources, financials and safety. Gary has held the position of chairman of the Small Business Committee at the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He is also a member of the Appleton Downtown Rotary International. He continues to judge for the Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest, which he has done for the past several years. Gary conducts seminars and presentations at the state, national and international levels. He specializes in speaking to Associations; helping to educate their membership on best business practices, strengthening their members’ businesses and helping to sustain a stronger membership base. Gary is a senior adjunct instructor for Concordia University of Wisconsin, where he teaches several undergraduate and graduate courses. He is also a lecturer in economics at Lawrence University in their Economics and Entrepreneurship course Gary has a Master of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College, Wisconsin. He earned a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree with a Business Administration minor from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He also holds a Professional in Human Resource Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. Gary and his wife Sharon have two grown children. They have lived in Kimberly, WI since 1989. |

Dave Salzwedel : 920.810.4617 His past management and executive positions have included project manager, director, controller, vice president and president. Dave has also been on several Boards of Directors for both profit and non-profit organizations. |

Schelly Somenske : 920.360.9025 Schelly's expertise is in working with clients in all facets of their accounting needs, including reviewing their current software productivity against the needs of the company, and reviewing process flows and making improvements as necessary. Schelly also has bookkeeping experience in the areas of payroll processing, generating monthly and annual financial reports and reconciling accounts. She holds Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, with an emphasis in management information systems. |
